If, upon receipt of your order, you discover a defect in workmanship or materials that were provided directly by us, we urge you to contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Upon verification of the issue, we will gladly provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost, ensuring you receive a product that meets our high standards.
